I just drink normal decaf percolated the old fashioned way, not dripped through like some pinky-pointing coffee sipper who worries when filters run low. Nope, just good 'ol decaf with a half extra scoop and a pinch of salt in the grounds… then once brewed pour into about a quarter cup of half&half so the cream won't curdle. No sugar.

Bulletproof coffee just didnt suit me at all,I bloated up and felt horrible,Ive found it easier not to overthink the process, meat, fish, green veggies.Excluding dairy( except butter) any sweetners or items containing grains ,additives etc and just drinking good water with ACV and lime or lemon juice, and attention to electrolytes was enough to navigate and much better result.Unfortunately I am an emotional eater and ill just now so I stray! Just got to keep getting back on the horse till I stop falling off!

Dr. Berg, you are the best! I am an electrical engineer form Lebanon and I am learning a lot form your videos. I would like to ask you to upload a video about radio frequency and their effect on the body, especially in urban areas where at least your are surrounded with 10 WiFi access points and 2 GSM stations. I know this is a large topic but quite interesting since the human body operates in an electro-chemical fashion. Thank you!

I have come to see that greens are not required. I have been keto for 1 1/2 yrs and have lost 65 lbs. I was 10-15 lbs away from my goal weight. Then a 2 month stall. I had been doing Intermittent fasting but, it wasn't until I started the carivore/keto diet that I lost another 5 lbs. I found that my digestive problems went away and felt great. So I beg to differ on how dr Breg says we need to eat veggies.

How about simply using half the amount of fat depicted in video (1:1 vs 2:2)

Well, this explains what I kinda knew in the back of my mind. BPC 5x a week, cause it tastes great and keeps me sastified till 3pm. Then I have main meal, 3-5 pm daily. Every other day I will have 3rd meal at 8pm. Don't have much to lose, but now I know why I'm plateaued. Sry, BPC, Ive got to say bye-bye. I will allow it 1x per week.

If fat intake is potentially inhibiting the burning of stored fat, then how do you do keto/ high fat and lose weight? Bring that fat % down to 60%?
