  1. I do exactly what you do, eating healthy and not going out to eat often, smaller portions, and exercising. But I haven’t lost a damn pound. I’m so fucking angry at my body, I don’t do anything wrong! I eat 1,600-1,800 calories a day.

  2. While on the "fetching tuti space" (Google it) plan, a few of my colleagues shed over thirteen pounds! Figuring out about this engaged me to Google such plan too. After trying it, I was also able to attain weight loss. I`ll keep updating to tell you if this gets much better or worst being that this has only been a week after all..

  4. I related SO much when you talked about gaining and loosing weight in a cycle. I'm the exact same. I have kind of an all or nothing mentality so finding "balance" in a healthy lifestyle is really hard for me. I'm currently trying to loose a little weight again, or really just getting my health back on track with regular exercise and a healthy diet. So thank you for the story and the motivation!   5. woah weve had the same life haha fit in high school and then gaining 50 pounds in college, losing it at the end and then gaining some back!!! I lost like 35 pounds a year and a half ago and have gained almost all of it back and im finally going back to what worked for me before to get fit again and actually reach and maintain my goal weight this time!
